After over 25 years of dying my prematurely grey hair I have decided to have it ALL cut off!!!! My hair is nearly 20 inches long and I have agreed to have it all cut off, to raise money for a charity I support, leaving only the latest grey regrowth which is about 2 to 3 inches long. The charity to benefit from this seemingly insane venture is Internation Rescue Corps, a fantastic group of volunteers who travel to disaster/emergency areas all over the world. The hair which can be cut off in one piece will be donated to Little Princess Trust who will use it (if it is deemed suitable) to make wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment. Check back next week to see the before and after pictures and to see how much I raised!!!!!!!!
This is an indication of how long my hair is but it is a different colour now, or should I say COLOURS lol
To donate to this fund raising event drop me line for more details.
Wish me luck and if you feel the urge to comment of the finished result please be gentle!!!!!
check out the great work this charity does
